Do we need to buy hardware?
No. QR check-in works with a printed poster or any tablet. Biometric and turnstile devices are optional.
Which biometric devices work?
Common fingerprint, face and RFID terminals and turnstile controllers are supported. Share your model and we confirm before setup.
What if the internet drops?
Connected devices keep a local list of valid members and sync check-ins once the connection returns.
Are fingerprints stored as images?
Biometric templates stay on the device or are stored encrypted as templates, not as fingerprint images.
